What is an AI summary?

Your card is saved securely with Stripe (we never see or store card numbers) and can be removed any time from the dashboard.

Is 1-click purchase secure?

Yes. SubGrab uses Stripe (PCI Level 1, the highest payment-security standard) to handle all card data. Your card is tokenised by Stripe and never touches our servers — we only store an opaque Stripe customer ID. When you make a repeat purchase, the charge happens off-session on the same saved card and is governed by the same fraud + 3-D Secure protections as the first transaction. You can remove the saved card from your dashboard at any time.

Can I get a refund if something goes wrong?

Yes. Credits are automatically refunded if an extraction or AI transcription fails — you only pay for successful results. If you bought a credit pack and want a refund within 7 days of purchase, email help@subgrab.com and we'll process it.

I haven't used SubGrab in a while — is my account still there?

Yes. Your account, your credits, and your past transcripts are all still there — they don't expire and aren't deleted for inactivity. How do I stop or change email notifications from SubGrab?

Every marketing or product-update email we send carries an Unsubscribe link in the footer — one click unsubscribes you immediately.
