I can't extract a transcript from a video

Ensure the URL is from a supported platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Vimeo, Loom, LinkedIn, Dailymotion, Twitch, Wistia, Brightcove, Reddit, Rumble, or Bilibili). Some private or age-restricted videos may not be accessible. If captions aren't available, try AI transcription (requires credits).

I purchased credits but they haven't appeared

Credits are added immediately after successful payment. If you don't see them, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us with your payment details.

AI transcription failed but my credit was used

Credits are automatically refunded when AI transcription fails. Check your credit balance — it should reflect the refund. If not, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to help@subgrab.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and delete all associated data.
