- Payment information: When you purchase credits, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details. We receive and store your Stripe transaction ID, purchase amount, and credit quantity for record-keeping.
- Video URLs: When you use the Service, you provide video URLs. We store these URLs along with the extracted transcript data.
- Support communications: If you contact us at help@subgrab.com, we retain your correspondence to assist you and improve the Service.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

- Process transactions, manage your account, and deliver purchased credits.

- Transcript data: Retained indefinitely to provide caching and history features. Anonymous caption extractions (no account) are stored without any personally identifiable information.
- Audio files: Audio extracted for AI transcription is processed in memory and immediately deleted after transcription is complete. We do not retain audio files.
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.
